1. How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders totaling US$69 or more.

Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the quantity of items purchased. You can add items to your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout page, and enter your delivery address; our system will then automatically calculate the exact shipping cost. The shipping cost will update automatically and be reflected in your order total.

2. Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Like many businesses globally, we have currently reduced the size of our shipping team to ensure the safety of our employees. Consequently, shipping and delivery times may be slightly delayed or extended compared to our usual schedule. However, we will do our utmost to deliver your items within 7 to 14 business days.

4. Can I ship a single order to multiple addresses?

We currently do not offer the option to split a single order for delivery to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

5. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes as well as military APO/FPO addresses.

6. Do I need to pay VAT?

Items shipped internationally from the United States are delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis; we do not collect VAT on your behalf.

Depending on the specific regulations of the recipient's country or region, your package may be subject to customs duties or VAT levied by local customs authorities. We recommend contacting your local customs office to obtain more detailed information regarding the customs policies in your specific country or region.

All delivery times are estimates; actual delivery times depend on the shipping carrier's operational capacity. Adverse weather conditions and other unforeseen events may also cause slight delays in delivery times.

Regarding Taxes and Fees

In rare instances, your order may be subject to customs fees imposed by local government authorities (rather than by this website); in such cases, you will be responsible for covering these fees yourself. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you; however, we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or other nations. For further information regarding customs fees, duties, and taxes, please contact your local customs office. Please take note of the following:

We bear no responsibility for packages that are ultimately destroyed because they were not signed for within the stipulated timeframe due to personal reasons on the part of the customer (including, but not limited to: customs clearance issues, incorrect delivery addresses, inability to deliver to the designated address, incorrect phone numbers, etc.). Furthermore, if a buyer has authorized the package to be left at their doorstep, handed over to a neighbor for receipt, or handled in a similar manner—resulting in the package being lost or stolen—our company shall not be held liable under any circumstances.

If a package cannot be successfully delivered because the buyer failed to pay applicable customs duties, the seller assumes no liability, and we will not accept any requests for a refund.
