Return& Exchange

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as processing times vary. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@starseawe.com.

Exchanges


If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email at support@starseawe.com.

Gifts


If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item once we receive and process your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the sender had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified about the return.

We will issue your refund to your Starseawe wallet within a few business days unless you request us to send it directly to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used for future purchases or withdrawn to your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

If you receive defective or unsatisfactory products, you may contact our customer service for assistance within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer after-sales support for items received beyond the 30-day period.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Returns submitted without contacting customer service first will not be processed. Please note that the address on the packing slip is not our official return address, and packages sent there will be rejected.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund immediately. For credit card payments, refunds take 7–14 business days. For PayPal, refunds are processed within 48 hours.

For international returns, please mark the package as “Return Item” to avoid customs charges. Starseawe is not responsible for customs fees related to returned packages. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to deduct value depreciation from refunds if items or packaging show signs of use or damage.

For orders that need to be re-shipped due to our error, customers will not be charged additional shipping fees.

Note: All returns require prior authorization through our support team. Returns without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form will not be accepted.

Return Process


  1. Contact customer service by submitting a request through your account or emailing support@starseawe.com. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide you with an RMA form and official return address.
  3. Place the item in its original packaging, seal securely, and attach the provided return address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your package, we will process your exchange or refund according to this policy.

Customers are only charged for shipping once, including returns. No restocking fees will be applied.

If the return is caused by the customer’s change of mind or personal reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, based on the courier you select. If items are damaged, incorrect, or sent in error due to our fault, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping.
